OPPO a Chinese company will launch a new smartphone in the Indian market called OPPO A71. The price of the phone is Rs. 12,490 and will be sold in offline stores across the country. While the device lacks powerful specifications as seen on the Xiaomi or the Lenovo’s Motorola, it comes with a decent specification and metal unibody.
The OPPO R11 comes with a 5.2-inch TFT display with HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution. The OPPO A71 houses the 64-bit MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and Mali T860 MP2 GPU. It has 3GB of RAM which should be good enough for playing graphics intensive games or split-screen multitasking. Though there is just 16GB of internal storage, it additionally comes with a dedicated MicroSD card to expand the storage. The smartphone runs on Android v7.1 NOUGAT based Color OS 3.1 skin, out of the box.
The OPPO A71 sports a 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, PDAF, and LED flashlight. For selfies, it has a 5MP front camera with a f/2.4 aperture which is quite small and may not give good selfies in indoor or low-light condition. It supports dual SIM dual standby and includes connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB OTG, 3.5mm audio jack, and MicroUSB 2.0 port.
It even includes the sensors like e-compass, light, distance, and G-sensor. Below the display there three navigation buttons for multitasking, home, and back. The device is backed up by 3000 mAh battery which should be enough for a day, considering the specification.
